We’ll begin with a brief check-in to discuss any updates, shifts, or new goals before moving into a deeply restorative 60-minute Reiki session. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to deepen your sense of balance and alignment, providing ongoing support as you navigate life’s challenges. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, stay grounded, and nurture your overall well-being. Sessions are available in person or virtually, as Reiki energy flows seamlessly through space and time.
