Restorative Reiki & Meditation at The Little Shop of oHHo

Immerse yourself in the gentle and soothing energy of Reiki. Led by experienced Reiki practitioner, Rebecca Weinstein, this event is designed to create a tranquil environment that encourages relaxation, renewal, and the restoration of the mind, body, and spirit.

During the event, participants will be guided through a collective meditation that helps to center the mind and cultivate a receptive state for healing energy.

Rebecca will then channel this universal life force energy to each participant, allowing it to flow through their energy centers, promoting balance and facilitating the release of any blockages or tensions.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort during an extended relaxation pose.
