In this two-part Reiki Level 1 Attunement course, we’ll break down the learning to ensure participants leave confident in their new skills. On the first Saturday, March 22nd, we’ll cover the history and principles of Reiki, introduce hand positions for self-healing, and discuss how energy flows through the body. Participants will receive their Reiki Level 1 attunement and have time to practice self-Reiki techniques.

On the second Saturday, March 29th, we’ll dive deeper into using Reiki on others. We’ll focus on practicing Reiki with partners and explore techniques for grounding and protecting your energy. There will be plenty of hands-on practice, ensuring each participant feels comfortable with their abilities. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the tools and confidence to continue your Reiki journey.
