Reiki Level 1 - Nov 14-15

Join us 2 November 14 & 15th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, as we explore the foundations of Reiki, learn how to channel healing energy, and receive your Level 1 attunement.

In this two-part Reiki Level 1 Attunement workshop, we’ll break down the learning to ensure participants leave confident in their new skills. On the first Day, we’ll cover the history and principles of Reiki, introduce hand positions for self-healing, and discuss how energy flows through the body. Participants will receive their Reiki Level 1 attunement and have time to practice self-Reiki techniques.

On Day 2 we’ll dive deeper into using Reiki on others. We’ll focus on practicing Reiki with partners and explore techniques for grounding and protecting your energy. There will be plenty of hands-on practice, ensuring each participant feels comfortable with their abilities. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the tools and confidence to continue your Reiki journey.

Perfect for those new to Reiki or anyone looking to deepen their spiritual practice, no prior experience necessary!

Note: Participants are responsible for packing their own lunch.
