Reiki Level 1 Attunement Nov 3rd & 10th

Join us 2 consecutive Sundays, November 3 and 10, from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as we explore the foundations of Reiki, learn how to channel healing energy, and receive your Level 1 attunement.

In this two-part Reiki Level 1 Attunement workshop, we’ll break down the learning to ensure participants leave confident in their new skills. On the first Sunday, November 3, we’ll cover the history and principles of Reiki, introduce hand positions for self-healing, and discuss how energy flows through the body. Participants will receive their Reiki Level 1 attunement and have time to practice self-Reiki techniques.

On the second Sunday, November 10, we’ll dive deeper into using Reiki on others. We’ll focus on practicing Reiki with partners and explore techniques for grounding and protecting your energy. There will be plenty of hands-on practice, ensuring each participant feels comfortable with their abilities. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the tools and confidence to continue your Reiki journey.
