Step into a sacred space of calm and renewal at Club Pilates in Mount Kisco with this special Meditation & Reiki Experience. Designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance, this session blends guided meditation with the healing energy of Reiki.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that encourages the body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and balance itself. This experience offers a chance to receive soothing energy, let go of stress, and reconnect with your inner light.

We’ll begin with grounding and meditation to help you settle in, then move into a collective Reiki session where you can experience deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

All mats, props, and blankets will be provided — simply wear comfortable clothing and come ready to receive, relax, and refill your energetic cup. No prior experience is necessary. You’ll leave feeling lighter, centered, and fully restored, ready to carry that sense of calm into your day and weekend.
