Healing Together Reiki Circle The Cancer Center at Northern Westchester Hospital

In this one-hour gathering, we’ll come together to experience the soothing practices of Reiki and guided meditation. This gathering is a safe, supportive space where you can relax, connect, and find inner peace amidst the challenges you may be facing.

During the session, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation to quiet the mind, followed by a collective Reiki session.

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports healing by promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. It complements Western medical treatments by helping to restore balance and create a sense of well-being.
