How do I reserve my spot?

To hold your place, a $450 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration.

When is the rest due?

All balances are due by Feb 28th, 2025 and must be paid by Venmo or Zelle.

Non-Refundable Deposit: A $450 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

This deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Due Date: The remaining balance must be paid in full by Feb 28, 2025.

Failure to submit full payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of the deposit.

Refunds:

Cancellations made before March 1, 2025:

If you cancel your registration before March 1, 2025, you will receive a refund of any balance paid minus the $450 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made on or after March 1, 2025:

Cancellations made on or after March 1, 2025, will not receive a refund of any payments made, including the balance. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes in circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Transfers:

Tickets are fully transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. To transfer your ticket, you must notify us in writing with the full name and contact information of the person taking your place. All transfers require our prior approval.
