Immerse yourself in the present moment, quieting the mind and cultivating mindful awareness. Learn techniques to reduce stress, enhance concentration, and promote a sense of inner calm. The meditation session sets the stage for the transformative experiences that follow.  

Reiki Healing Session: Indulge in the healing energies of Reiki through gentle touch and the channeling of universal life force energy, experience a profound sense of relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Allow the subtle energies to flow, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.  

Mala Bracelet Crafting: Engage your creative spirit in the Mala bracelet crafting session. Learn about the significance of Mala beads and how they can be used as a tool for meditation and mindfulness. Choose from a selection of gemstones, each carrying its own unique energy and symbolism. Create a custom Mala bracelet infused with intention, positive energy, and personal meaning. Please wear comfortable clothing. 

Bring a yoga mat, pillow,  blanket and any additional props or supports for an extended restorative pose.
